floe offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on The Glass Skin Kit ($79). If you're not satisfied — for any reason — we'll issue a full refund. No physical return is required. Keep the kit.

How to request a refund

Email hello@shopfloe.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number. We process refund requests within 1 to 2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Refill Edges subscription

You can cancel anytime from your account. Orders already shipped are non-refundable, but you can cancel all future deliveries in one click.

Damaged or defective items

Email hello@shopfloe.com within 14 days of delivery, including a photo of the issue. We'll ship a free replacement immediately.
